- Jurisdiction compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of pkg99 complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. pkg99 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
- KYC verification: pkg99 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction until verification is complete.
pkg99 reserves the right to decline any registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any other violation of these Terms.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pkg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:
- Accepted deposit methods: pkg99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted methods may change; the current list is always shown inside your account.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players, although high-value deposits may require additional verification.
- Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to you personally. Depositing on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. pkg99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal processing times: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank withdrawals follow standard bank processing times but are initiated by pkg99 within the same business day in most cases. Support operates 24/7.
- Bonus wagering before withdrawal: Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) must be met in full before the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit — may be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are shown at the time of each promotion.
pkg99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse. During such checks the relevant funds may be temporarily withheld. pkg99 will communicate the outcome to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonuses and Promotions
pkg99 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. The following terms apply to all offers on the platform:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of the offer. Requirements must be met within the stated time limit.
- One bonus per player: A player may not claim the same promotional offer more than once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via multiple accounts is classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and suspension of all linked accounts.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in each bonus's specific terms. In general, slots contribute 100%, live casino games at a reduced rate, and sports betting may be excluded or contribute at a lower rate depending on the promotion.
- Maximum bonus withdrawal: Where a cap applies to withdrawable bonus winnings, this is stated explicitly in the promotion terms. The maximum cashout from a free spin bonus may be limited regardless of the winnings generated.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus or bonus winnings not used within the specified validity period are forfeited automatically. The expiry date for each bonus is shown in the Promotions section of your account.
Bonus Abuse Policy
pkg99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and any form of collusion. Where abuse is identified, pkg99 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend the account without notice.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming and sports betting activity on pkg99. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before participating.
- Bet finality: Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — stake, selection and market — before confirming.
- Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during any game or betting event, pkg99 will take reasonable steps to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the relevant bet or game round may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account.
- Odds and pricing: For sports betting, odds may change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply. pkg99 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds.
- Prohibited play strategies: Use of automated software, bots, AI tools or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, analyse outcomes or exploit game mechanics is strictly prohibited. pkg99 may void bets and suspend accounts where such activity is detected.
- Currency of play: All games and betting markets on pkg99 are denominated in BDT. Stakes and winnings displayed in your account are always in Bangladeshi Taka. There is no multi-currency option on the platform.
All decisions by pkg99 regarding game outcomes, bet settlement and the application of these rules are final. Where a player believes an error has occurred in the settlement of a game or bet, they must notify pkg99 support at [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
Account Security and Responsible Use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pkg99 account credentials. pkg99 will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

While pkg99 takes all reasonable technical steps to protect your account, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Suspension, Termination and Fraud Prevention

- Underage access: There is reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under the age of 21, or that false date-of-birth information was provided at registration.
- Regulatory or legal requirement: pkg99 is required to close or restrict the account by applicable law, court order, regulatory instruction or any competent authority.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pkg99 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account — including deposited funds and bonus winnings — where such funds are connected to the breach. Where closure is unrelated to any player breach, any verified balance will be returned via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: All players may set a voluntary daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit at any time free of charge. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
- Self-exclusion: Any player who feels their gaming is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Periods range from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion the account is deactivated and no new account may be registered.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pkg99 that cannot be resolved through pkg99's internal complaints process should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution forum under applicable law. Amendments to These Terms
pkg99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, pkg99 will update the Last updated date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of pkg99 after any amended Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
